Curious about what the MASA benefit is and how it works? MASA helps protect families from unexpected out-of-pocket costs associated with emergency transportation. With MASA, there's no such thing as an "out-of-network" ambulance. When a bill arrives, simply send it to MASA, and they will work to ensure the charges are covered, including paying an indemnity benefit directly to the enrolled member when applicable.
