TouchCare provides free services to all UA employees to help everyone use their benefits to their fullest potential. Below are some of the great benefits that you can partner with TouchCare on as well as how to contact them.
TouchCare can generate a list of providers for you to choose from that outline medical
expertise and pricing for each location to help you make an informed decision.
TouchCare can provide a list to you and even call to make your appointment for you.
TouchCare provides expert guidance on decoding a medical bill. They can even help
straighten out a billing error with Premera or your provider.
TouchCare can compare plans - even plans with another employer - to see what might
work best for you and your family, both medically and financially.
- TouchCare is now offering dedicated Medicare support. You can schedule an appointment with a TouchCare expert to discuss the transition to Medicare.
- TouchCare Medicare Services provides:
- Guidance on coverage options
- Eligibility questions
- Plan comparisons including Medicare Advantage and Medigap plans
- Understanding parts A, B, C, D
- Navigating the enrollment process
- Estimate potential out-of-pocket costs
- Assist with transition from employer coverage to Medicare
