Required Training

Required training courses for all UA employees are listed below. Depending on your role and your specific university’s training policy, you may have additional training requirements above and beyond what is listed here.

Verify with your supervisor what university-specific and role-based training is required of you.

 

UA Safe Title IX

To be completed annually.

The deadline for training is October 31. New employees are expected to complete the training within 30 days of hire. This training is administered by each University’s Equity and Compliance Office. 

Workplace Harassment Prevention

To be completed once, within 30 days of hire.

This training is housed within MyUA. After clicking the MyUA button at the top of the page, you can use your single sign-on credentials to access the myUA Employee Services Dashboard. From the dashboard, hover your mouse over "My Community" and click on the "Learning Library" where you will be able to find all required training courses offered by the University.

Behavior Based Safety

To be completed once, within 30 days of hire.
