2025 1095C Update

UA Benefits is currently processing all 1095C forms. Updates on the process will be provided here. The states that require forms to be mailed by the end of January (i.e. California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, DC) have been completed. All remaining 1095Cs will be furnished to employees by March 2, 2026.
