The holidays are almost here. While this season can be full of joy, it can also be stressful. We all find ourselves needing to balance work, family, and year-end deadlines. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed - don't forget to take care of yourself! A quick walk, a few deep breaths, or stepping away from your computer for a few minutes can help you reset and refocus.

  • Employee Assistance Program
    • Up to 8 free sessions of short term counseling (per issue and per person, also extends to anyone who lives in the employee's household)
    • 24/7 access to master's level clinicians via telephone, web, and mobile chat
