FY27 Biometrics Screenings are coming to you!

Fuel your well-being. Start with a screening.

Knowing your numbers through an annual biometric screening is one of the most powerful steps you can take for your health—helping catch issues early and confirming you're on track.

Your Biometric Screening is a required point toward your rebate. The Health Check is also  required and can be completed by logging into the Personify Health portal.  Complete both required points plus 6 additional points of your choosing to earn your full rebate. Earn 12 points and be entered into the High Point Raffle.  Access the Personify Health portal through the UA Wellness Program Navigation page and click on the yellow “Sign in to Personify Health” button.  

How to sign-up!

Onsite screenings are available at the three main campus locations—visit the Personify Health portal.  Log on to the Personify Health> Benefits > Labcorp > Start Now.  Once on the Labcorp homepage, go to the “On-site Screening” box, click continue, follow the prompts to make an appointment for the dates below.

Can I cancel or change my appointment time?

Yes, you may modify or change your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the campus event date; see specific time below.  Log on to  the Personify Health> Benefits > Labcorp > Start Now.  At the top of the Labcorp homepage you will see your “Upcoming Appointments."  To change your appointment, click on “modify” and select a new appointment time.  You will see your new time at the top of the screen. Click on “cancel” and then confirm to cancel your appointment. You will no longer have a  scheduled appointment at the top of the LabCorp homepage.

Are walk-ups without an appointment allowed?

Walk-ups are not allowed. Please make sure to make an appointment before scheduling closes for your location.

What is the deadline to make onsite biometric appointments?

Each online event location will close 24 hours prior to the event date.  Scheduling will close for Anchorage by 9am on 10/1/26,  Fairbanks by 8am on November 3rd, and Juneau by 8am on November 5th.

How soon can I see my results in the Personify Health portal?

You will see your results in the Personify Health portal within 10 business days.

Can't attend an onsite event?

See your primary care physician for an annual physical with bloodwork. To provide the PCP form from the Personify Health portal, log on to Personify Health > Benefits > Biometric Screening - Physician Form > Start Now > Generate Form.

Get screened by a participating LabCorp location.  Follow the prompts to schedule an appointment, locate, cancel or change an appointment, or to have the test requisition emailed.  Log on to Personify Health > Benefits > Labcorp > Start Now > LabCorp Patient Service Center > Onsite screening.  Location has a drop down menu, choose your city, and the date will populate. If you start with a date it will only show you one location.

Request a Labcorp at-home screening kit be mailed to you. Log on to Personify Health> Benefits > Labcorp > Start Now > LabCorp On-Demand Home Test. Follow the prompts to order the test, complete it privately and mail it back.

Issue with the scheduler?

For assistance or any issues with the LabCorp scheduler on the Personify Health portal, contact LabCorp at 1-844-251-6524. LabCorp customer care is available Monday – Thursday - 9am to 5pm EST (5 am - 1pm AKST) and Friday 9am to 4pm EST (5 am - Noon AKST).
