SURVEY EXTENDED! The Employee Benefits Pulse Survey is extended through December 1, 2025. Lockton will continue to send out invitations to those who have not yet completed the survey. The invitation links are unique to you; however, your responses are completely confidential and no personal information or identified responses will be shared with UA HR.


The UA HR Employee Benefits Pulse Survey is now live. The purpose of the survey is to collect employee feedback on the UA benefits package.  Feedback is completely anonymous. 

Last week, employees who started on or before July 1, 2025, should have received an email invitation with a unique link to the survey. The email was sent from Lockton Companies (locktoninsights@qualtrics-survey.com) with the subject line, “Share your opinions about our benefits program!”  The survey may take up to 10 minutes to complete, and, while it is a unique link, your responses are completely confidential and no personal information or identified responses will be shared with UA HR.

A reminder email from Lockton Companies will be sent on November 20th and 21st (NEW: and each day through December 1, 2025) to those who have not completed their survey.
