NEW! UA is now offering a voluntary Roth 403(b)

Roth 403
Beginning with the pay period that starts on December 17th, 2023 (pays out on January 12, 2024), UA will now offer a Roth contribution option to the voluntary 403(b).

The Roth option allows for employees to contribute post-tax dollars to their 403(b) account. This is an enhancement to our current voluntary 403(b) program which is a tax-deferred program allowing for pre-tax contributions to a 403(b).

The Roth option is available with TIAA only. If you already have a TIAA voluntary 403(b) you can begin designating contributions as Roth contributions as early as December 17, 2023. If you do not have a TIAA voluntary 403(b) account already, you will need to open an account with them to begin making Roth contributions. To open an account with TIAA, please follow the instructions below.
