Wellness Program - Starts October 1!
The new FY25 Wellness Plan is HERE!
* * TWO UPDATES PROVIDED ON OCT. 2
- Spouses/FIPs: Spouses/Financially Interdependent Partners (FIPs) will not receive their own email.
Please forward the email you receive to your spouse/FIP if they are eligible to participate
and have them create an account with the instructions below.
- Spam Filter: Some employees have reported that the October 1st email went to their Spam folder.
If you have not yet received an email, please check your Spam! Reminder emails are
set to go out over the next week.
Beginning on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, employees who are eligible to participate in
the wellness program will receive an email from our new vendor: Personify Health!*
This email is to help prepare you for next steps on October 1. More details on the
new Wellness Plan can be found on our wellness webpage or in our previous news article.
*Virgin Pulse is in the process of rebranding to Personify Health. Some areas of the
website, including the mobile app, will still be branded as Virgin Pulse during their
transition. The transition is scheduled to be completed by January 1, 2025.
Email from Personify Health
Employees will begin receiving a login email from no-reply@virginpulse.com on Tuesday, October 1.** This email will contain a link to the platform for employees
to create their account. Emails will be sent beginning at 6:00 am Alaska time and
may take the full day to complete. So, if colleagues are receiving their email earlier
in the day, hang tight! The emails are sent in batches and can sometimes take a few
hours to fully process. If no action is taken with the first email, reminder emails
will be sent from no-reply@virginpulse.com on Friday, October 4, and Wednesday, October 9.
