  • Receive salary/payment from a purchase order or through a ProCard rather than UA payroll
  • Salary tied to a specific project, deliverables, milestones, etc (as apposed to weekly, hourly, or monthly basis)
  • Final determinations of Independent Contractor status is provided by UA Procurement (ua-pcs-main@alaska.edu)
