UA System Office transition to onsite work

This message is to provide clarification and updates to our transition to on-site operations this summer. The expectation is that the System Office will be operating under Phase C of the University of Alaska On-site operations plan beginning June 1, 2021.

2021 Staff Longevity Award recipients recognized by System Office

The UA System Office recognized the 2021 Staff Longevity Award recipients with a virtual awards ceremony last week. Staff who have served the university for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years received recognitions of service.

Butrovich Data Center upgrade complete

Between May 14 and May 22, a team of engineers, technicians and electricians successfully performed a major upgrade to the power feeding the Butrovich Data Center.
