Human Resources is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Heckman!

Jamie started with UA in November 2021 as HR Systems Manager and was recently promoted to Director, HR Information Systems and Analytics.
In her new role, Jamie will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of HR technology solutions. She will also oversee HR data reporting and analytics, striving to provide data-driven decision support.
Prior to joining UA, Jamie worked in local government for 15 years at the City of Fort Collins, serving in various roles in IT and HR. Jamie also brings extensive HR experience in public higher education at University of California, Davis and University of New Mexico.
Jamie was born in Arizona, but grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in northern California.
Jamie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from University of California, Davis, and has held her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for almost 10 years.
With UA HR having a distributed workforce, Jamie currently resides in Fort Collins, Colorado, with her partner and their two dogs. She enjoys living the quintessential Colorado lifestyle – running, hiking, snowboarding, and soaking up 300+ days of sunshine.
