UAF Harper Building Intent to Lease Public Notice
PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of Alaska Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below no later than 5:00 P.M. on October 31, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska Land Management office intends to offer for lease all or a portion of the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Harper Building located at 810 Draanjik Drive, Fairbanks, AK 99709. The property includes a 14,146 square foot lot with a two-story, 12,822 square foot facility.
Leases will be negotiated privately, with rates at or above the fair market value. Prospective lessees are advised that lease terms and rates are subject to annual adjustments tied to the consumer price index or other agreed-upon factors. This public notice is to seek public comment prior to negotiating any lease terms.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
