PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of Alaska Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments
to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, November 9, 2026, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (“University”) intends to lease select areas of office space available within the UAS Sitka Campus building located in Sitka, Alaska. Leasable areas include Room # 228F 110 sq. ft. ±; Room # 228E 169 sq. ft. ±; and Room # 228D 116 sq. ft. ±. Office space leases will be privately negotiated at or above fair market value as determined by appraisal or Broker’s Opinion of Value.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
