Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (“University”) intends to dispose of two parcels of land totaling approximately 112 acres, and 264 acres located near Creamer’s Field Migratory Waterfowl and Birds Refuge between College Road and Farmers Loop Road in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The Conservation Fund has expressed interest in purchasing the parcel, for donation to the State of Alaska for the future expansion of Creamer’s Field Migratory Waterfowl and Birds Refuge. The parcel is generally considered to be wetlands with no constructed access and is zoned RA-5 (rural and agriculture district). The University intends to sell the College Road Parcels at or above fair market value.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcels.
