PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of Alaska Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to lease land. Parcels will be leased at or above fair market value.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments
to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska ("University") intends to offer a parcel of land in Coffman Cove, Alaska, located at the intersection of Kodiak and Neptune Drive, for sale at or above fair market value. The Parcel is approximately 3.41 acres, more or less. The University intends to offer this parcel through a negotiated sale.
The standard documents that will be used to close this UA land sale will be available for review on the UA Land Management website when the parcel is listed.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
