The University of Alaska (“University”) is offering for sale a parcel that is approximately 71 acres located at approximately mile 105 of the Richardson Highway, south of the Silver Springs area of Copper Center, Alaska.

This Richardson Highway frontage lot is level to sloping and heavily wooded with birch and spruce. Zoning is unrestricted.

The University intends to sell the Tazlina Parcel at or above fair market value. 

Sale opens on December 22, 2022 at 8:00AM AKST.

Sale closes on January 20, 2023 at 5:00PM AKST.

The disposal plan for this parcel is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
