Aimée Richards carries over 15 years of experience in higher education, including
extensive work across student affairs in international recruitment, admissions, advising,
and career services. Throughout her career, she has championed initiatives that expand
access to education and career development for students, strengthen connections between
campuses and industry partners, and create opportunities for learners in both urban
and rural communities.
Originally from rural Manitoba, Aimée holds a B.Sc. in Geography from the University
of Winnipeg and an M.Ed. in Post-secondary Studies from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
She is recognized for her leadership in collaborative projects and strategic partnerships
that strengthen workforce pathways and broaden opportunities for learners.
