Support Hours of Operation


As a part of the University of Alaska’s COVID-19 response, the OIT Service Desk is working remotely. We would like to encourage users to submit requests for assistance via email to helpdesk@alaska.edu or by using the ‘Start a Chat’ or ‘Self-service’ options.

Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Spring Break Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
*Thursday: Closed From 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM For Event

Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
