Fresh Start, Strong Teams: Well-being & Leadership Skills for the New Year

UA HR invites you to attend our 2026 webinar series to support a healthy, engaged university community by addressing individual well-being, supervisory skills, and emotional and psychological wellness throughout the year.

Our Workplace Well-Being series highlights realistic self-care strategies staff and faculty can use to manage stress, build resilience, and support work-life balance in a higher-education environment. The Supervisor series offers supportive training to help leaders navigate workplace pressures, practice practical self-care, and lead with confidence, empathy, and care for their teams. Complementing these offerings, the Mental Health Awareness series, aligned with national awareness months, raises campus-wide understanding of mental health topics, reduces stigma, and connects employees to resources that promote care, education, and support across the university.
