Supervisor Notice: 2026 Fall Processing Update #4 (Payroll Runs 18–20)

UA Logo

Dear University Supervisors,

Following my previous communications on August 19, September 2, and September 10, this update details progress across Payroll Runs 18 through 20.

Where Are We Currently?

Our primary processing focus has shifted from resolving outstanding R18 items to wrapping up R19 and preparing for R20. While we have addressed the majority of R18 actions, late submissions continue to arrive. The R18 deadline was 7/24.

Our team is applying the same focused effort to R19, collaborating closely with departments to clear outstanding items and avoid additional delays. Approximately 25 employee actions remain to be keyed, which includes five new hires who are currently pending due to incomplete paperwork. The deadline for R19 was 8/3 for students and 8/17 for other employee groups.

The deadline for R20 was 8/31. There are 81 late actions to be keyed and new submissions continue to come in daily.

As we navigate the final stages of the fall processing cycle, please continue to partner closely with your designated HR Coordinator to resolve any remaining pending actions. Your active collaboration is essential to ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across all university faculty and staff.

We sincerely appreciate your support in keeping your teams informed, particularly regarding potential payroll impacts. Should you have any questions, please reach out directly to your HR Coordinator, or contact UA HR at ua-hr@alaska.edu or (907) 450-8200.

Thank you for your unwavering commitment to supporting the success of our university community.

Sincerely,

Nickole Conley
