Supervisor Notice: 2026 Fall Processing Update #2 (Payroll Run18 - Run 20)
Dear Supervisors,
This message follows up my 8/19 email and provides a second update on fall processing within our personnel unit.
Last year, we learned how sharing our internal transaction data offers a behind-the-scenes look at the pending personnel queue, which greatly enhanced the understanding of a key challenge that UA HR Personnel faces each fall season. Employees have a heightened awareness of the important role they play in ensuring deadlines are met, and how departments are working to reduce late submissions through staff education.
We continue to receive late submissions for R18 which pays out this Friday. Most personnel actions that were not included in the R18 payroll process due to lateness should be included in tomorrow night’s adjustment run, to pay out next Tuesday, September 8th.
With R19 now in progress, our team is working diligently to minimize any payroll impacts for these envelopes. We expect all on-time R19 submissions to be processed and paid as scheduled. We also continue to process late submissions to reduce the impact of delayed payments.
For awareness, since July 1st, our personnel team has processed 1,145 envelopes for existing employee personnel actions and 386 new hire packets. As of today, 159 existing employee actions and 56 new hire packets remain pending. Below are this week‘s updated data charts for pending R18 and R19 job and EPAF submissions as of yesterday:
