Introducing HR Support Services
UA HR has changed the name of the Personnel and Customer Service teams to HR Support Services to better reflect their scope and purpose.
The new name emphasizes the team’s role as a resource and partner in delivering HR solutions and services across the system. This change aligns with UA HR’s service-oriented approach that prioritizes collaboration, efficiency, and responsiveness.
As HR continues to expand its focus on strategic initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement, the support team plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences to serve the UA community effectively.
The merge of Customer Service and Personnel further reflects ongoing collaboration with our HR Coordinator community. To lead this important unit, Interim CHRO Nickole Conley appointed Claire Morton, our long-time HR Customer Service Manager to manage HR Support Services.
UA HR’s “Get Help” webpage found here has been updated to reflect the team’s new name.
