Remote Work Agreements

On 12/20/24 via the UA News, we announced the new remote work agreement form was released. 

Provided you and your supervisor have discussed an ongoing remote or hybrid work arrangement, employees who currently have an agreement on file should do one of the following:

  1. Submit a Remote Work Cancellation Form if no longer working remotely

    OR

  2. Submit a new Remote Work Agreement Form

Only one of these needs to be completed as when new agreement forms are processed, we systematically cancel old agreements.

We ask that all remote and hybrid employees submit the form by January 31, 2025.
