Margaret was released from the Kodiak Island Borough School District. On Kodiak Island, she serves beginning teachers at Akhiok, Old Harbor, and Ouzinke Schools; in the Lake and Penninsula School District, she serves Kokhanok, Pedro Bay, Nondalton, and Newhalen Schools; in the Lower Yukon School District, she serves Pilot Station, Marshall, and Russian Mission Schools. Margaret's background includes two years as a Special Education Teacher on a Navajo Reservation in Arizona, two years as a Head Start teacher trainer, 15 years as a K-6 special education teacher at Chiniak School in Kodiak, and 7 years as a teacher grades 2/3 and 4/5 at North Star School in Kodiak.
