Lynn's educational credentials includes a B.A. in special education from the State University of New York at Geneseo, an M.A. in special education from Nazareth College of Rochester, a principal endorsement from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and a superintendent endorsement from the University of Alaska, Southeast. She has been teaching in Alaska since 1984. In the Iditarod Area School District, Lynn has experience in a variety of special education and elementary teaching positions and has also served as a principal. At the college level, Lynn is a University of Alaska Fairbanks adjunct instructor.
