Online Reporting 

  • UA Confidential Hotline
    The hotline provides a confidential option for reporting suspected waste, fraud or violation of UA policy.

  • Online Incident Reporting
    This web platform allows staff, faculty and students to report injuries, property damage or unsafe conditions.

Inquiries about the application of Title IX may be referred to the university’s Title IX Coordinator, to the assistant secretary for civil rights, or both.
