Turning Strategy into Action
EAB Systemwide Attainment Framework Report (2025)
This report provides an external, research-based foundation for improving student
recruitment, retention, and completion across the UA system. Drawing on national benchmarks,
case studies, and evidence-informed strategies, EAB outlines the structural and cultural
conditions that help universities raise attainment. The analysis directly informed
UA’s priority-setting and helped shape the Systemwide Attainment Framework and Students-First
Action Agenda.

Students-First Action Agenda (2025-30)
A systemwide commitment to make University of Alaska credentials more accessible and

Strategic Enrollment Plans (UAA, UAF, UAS)
Each university has developed a campus-level plan aligned with SAF priorities. These
plans identify mission-driven opportunities to grow enrollment, strengthen student
pathways, expand workforce programs, and improve persistence. Together, they form
a coordinated roadmap for how each MAU contributes to systemwide student success goals.
