Jacelyn Keys has spent the last 20 years in higher education serving in various positions in academic affairs and student affairs.  She has taught and designed college courses for 15 years in leadership, first year experience, service learning, business, and communication.  For the last 11 years she has been the lead administrator for various centers and campuses at Eastern Oregon University and Blue Mountain Community College.
