As the Director of Labor and Employee Relations, Danielle Foster currently oversees two teams. The Labor and Employee Relations teams are distinct in their service scope and oversee their areas of expertise, with a focus on enhancing retention, as well as professional and team development.

The labor team achieves this by collaborating with UA's represented employees and playing a pivotal role in all contract negotiations. Both labor and employee relations are responsible for conducting investigations, resolving disputes, providing coaching, and implementing preventive measures.

These teams work in tandem with HR Business Partners to fulfill the needs of the campus. They play a crucial role in nurturing collaborative partnerships among all UA employees, thereby cultivating a robust and affirmative organizational culture.
