UA Foundation Elects New Officers, Recognizes Outgoing Board Members and Welcomes New Board Members

At the December 13, 2023, Board of Directors meeting of the University of Alaska Foundation, the board recognized Heather Cavanaugh and Julee Farley for completing their service to the board with Resolutions of Appreciation. Laura Bruce was also recognized for completing her term as chair of the board. The board also elected Andrea Canfield, Laura Edmondson, and Shauna Hegna to their first term as directors, re-elected Meg Nordale, Brian Holst, Ella Goss, Jason Gootee, Roald Helgesen, Stephanie Erickson, and Tim Thompson to another 3-year term as directors, and elected Meg Nordale, Jen Schrage, Stephanie Erickson, and Roald Helgesen as the officers of the board (chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer).
