Uher, Plumb to serve as interim deans

Vice Chancellor for Rural, Community and Native Education Charlene Stern has announced that Bryan Uher will serve as interim dean of the UAF Community and Technical College starting on Aug. 2. Uher, who is currently CRCD’s dean, will replace CTC Dean Michele Stalder, who is retiring.
A recruitment for a permanent CTC dean started in mid-May and is expected to continue into the fall semester and include opportunities to meet finalists and provide feedback.
While Uher is serving in the interim role at CTC, Veronica Plumb, professor of child development and family studies, will serve as interim CRCD dean.
