Supervising for Success Training Series continues through December
A new training series on effective employee management and supervisor responsibilities from UA Human Resources began in November and two training modules remain and are open for registration. Topics include an overview of policies and regulations, workplace safety and accommodation, basic compensation, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, performance management and professional development.
The course has three modules. The first began in November. Two modules are scheduled for later this month and are open for registration. Each session are scheduled for one and a half hours. Detailed information is available in the myUA Learning Library.
Completed training will be recorded in the attendee’s myUA employee services dashboard training record. For more information and to sign up for each module please follow the links below. The modules will be offered virtually by Zoom, which also includes a call-in option for those with limited internet connectivity.
Please sign up no later than two days before the selected training date so we can make sure everyone has the training information and materials.
