New online W4
Starting in 2021 University of Alaska employees will be able to make changes to their
W4 tax withholdings online. No more emailing forms or faxing them in to HR! Beginning in January, employees will be able to do that online without the hassle
of uploading documents. UA HR has teamed up with NextGen Dynamic Forms to provide
a secure way to update and submit W4 changes through the NextGen portal.
You’ll start by completing the form online and signing it electronically. Forms then go directly to HR where they will be entered into Banner. As soon as HR is finished, you’ll be notified via email. For more information, please visit HR in Spoke or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
