4 Weeks Left to Make Sure You Qualified for the FY22 Wellness Program Rebate
As you know, each participant of the University of Alaska Wellness Program must earn a total of 7 activity points and complete the online health risk assessment and a biometric screening by June 30th to be eligible for the $600 wellness rebate ($1200 if your covered spouse/FIP completes it too). To qualify for the high point raffle, participants must earn a total of 12 points.
Even though the deadline to complete activities has passed and the new program year has begun, we want to give you until September 30, 2022 to ensure that all of your points from FY22 have been added properly.
Individuals eligible for the wellness program will have recieved an email with a chart indicating progress towards the wellness rebate. Please check the email/chart to make sure that you have received credit for all of the activities you completed between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022. If you have completed activities and you do not see them credited to your account, please reach out to your wellness coordinator, Victoria Carver, at victoria.c@zomohealth.com to get that resolved.
