2025 W-2 Processing Underway

UA HR Accounting is in the process of finalizing 2025 W‑2 forms which are scheduled to be available by the end of January. Employees may choose to receive their W‑2 form electronically through UAOnline. Mailing address updates and electronic consent preferences must be submitted via UAOnline no later than January 13. Any changes made after this date will not be reflected on the 2025 W‑2.

The electronic W‑2 option can be found in UAOnline under the Taxes drop‑down menu on the employee dashboard. Please note that electronic regulatory consent must be provided in order to access an electronic W‑2. Employees who opt to receive an electronic W‑2 will not receive a paper copy. Paper W‑2 forms will be mailed by January 31, 2026.
