Assistant Human Resources Manager

This role mentors HR staff, provides leadership in the HR Manager’s absence, and ensures team goals, service standards, and compliance are met. Key duties include maintaining data integrity, assessing and delivering training, and developing clear communication strategies for HR Coordinators and stakeholders. The position also handles escalated personnel and customer service issues with professionalism and discretion, ensuring timely resolution.

 

HRIS Analyst 1 or 2
Staff Full-time; On Campus or Hybrid or Remote within Alaska

In this role, you will be a collaborative problem-solver who bridges the gap between technology and HR. You will bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a customer focused mindset to solving HRIS and process challenges. You will translate between technical and functional teams, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, support systemwide testing and implementation efforts, and help ensure compliance with HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and federal/state regulations.
