Stay informed on weather closures or delays

As we head into the colder months, now is a great time to make sure your contact information is current, especially your phone number(s) in UAOnline in the Personal Information section. This helps ensure you receive important UA Alerts in case of inclement weather or emergencies.

Employees should follow their university’s specific protocols for weather-related closures or delays.  If you have any questions, reach out to your direct supervisor.

Be sure to review the full inclement weather policy for your location:

  • UAS (refer to page 66+)
  • System Office 

Please use your best judgment when traveling in hazardous conditions. Your safety comes first! Communicate with your supervisor and don’t take unnecessary risks.
