Skill Up, Stress Down: A Workshop Series for Workplace Wellbeing
This workshop series is designed to build key workplace skills while tackling common challenges. Participants will learn effective methods for navigating a variety of situations and learn how to contribute to a more positive and productive work environment. Workshops are live, instructor-led webinars combining discussions, interactive exercises, and practical strategies on a variety of topics important in the current-day workplace.
Workshops are on the 3rd Thursday of the month, 11am to 12pm AKST, September 2025 through June 2026, with breaks for the months of December, February, and May. Please click on the workshop topics below to register.
