Look for 1095-C Tax Form in the mail

Employee's 1095-C tax documents for 2021 will NOT be available online through UAOnline this year. These documents will be provided to employees in the mail. If you do not receive a 1095-C in the mail, please contact ua-benefits@alaska.edu.
All employees are still able to access an online W-2 tax form through their UAOnline accounts.
