Location & Venue

The stakeholder meeting will be held at the Wood Center Ballroom on the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) campus, 1731 South Chandalar Drive, Fairbanks, Alaska.

Visitors Guide: Things to do on and around UAF campus

UAF campus Parking

A parking permit is required for visitors Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Parking is free for visitors after 5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays.

Permit rates are $5 per day (view all visitor permit rates).

Permits allow parking at any yellow or purple lot on the campus map. Do not park in gold decal lots (orange striped on map).

You can purchase a permit at one of the kiosks located throughout campus. Parking for the Signers'/Plaza lot and South Eielson lot (green on mapus) are closest to Wood Center and may be paid via kiosk or by using the PassportParking mobile app.  

Short-term meters are available throughout campus. Parking meters must be paid Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

UAF also offers a free bus shuttle service to various locations across campus. Check the schedule or use the live tracker to find your route and a station close to you.
