Email Scam Warning
There have been a number of very convincing emails asking recipients to enter their username and password at UAOnline. These emails advertise Bonuses, eRefunds or ask you to update your Direct Deposit Information. If you believe you have received one of these emails please mark it as "phishing" in the Google Mail interface.
If you have acted on one of these emails by entering your credentials, please change your password immediately via ELMO and report it to email@example.com.
Do not enter UAOnline, Blackboard, or any University service through a link in an email – enter the address directly into your browser.

Select direct deposit for refunds and reimbursements today! Direct Deposit is processed daily, but because of COVID, campuses are printing checks less frequently. Look under Student Services & Account Information or Financial Information to get your refund or other payment the fastest way possible.
Direct Deposit for Payroll is now available through a new electronic form. Please click here to access the new form. Paper forms will not be accepted after April 6th.
Students* and employees are required to complete UA Safe Title IX training annually. The Fall 2021 deadline for training is October 31, 2021. New employees are expected to complete the training within 30 days of hire.
*degree seeking, living in campus housing, middle college students enrolled at the university or on national/international exchange who have not completed the training since July 1, 2021
Some official notifications will be sent to your preferred email address, while others will be sent only to your UA email address.
To set up a forward from your UA email and designate your preferred email address, on the UAOnline Personal Information menu go to Manage Your Address, Email and Phone Information
