What is Google Backup & Sync?
Google Backup & Sync is a program that allows you to automatically backup your documents and files to your Google Drive. It is currently NTS's recommended automatic data backup solution, replacing Code42 Crashplan in August 2019.

Yes! Google Backup & Sync is available to all University Students, Faculty and Staff.

Is it easy to restore files?
Yes, restoring files is easy to do on your own or you may call the NTS Service Desk for assistance. All of your files will be located on Google Drive when you log in with your University email account.
