Spring Bulk Buy extended through April 19!

Nanook Technology Services (NTS) kicks off the FY24 Bulk Buy Computer Order purchase program through April 19, 2024! During this time UAF departments, UAF community campuses, and system office departments have the opportunity to purchase Dell computers, laptops and monitors at highly discounted prices.

  • Open to UAF MAU departments. *For business use only, no personal orders.*
  • Equipment will be ordered via Req/PO and encumbered/billed directly to the department’s fund/org.
  • No labor charge for individual standard computer imaging.
  • Fund/orgs must be provided at time of order.
  • Individuals placing orders are responsible for verifying their department’s fiscal technician’s approval.
  • Fund/orgs will be verified prior to order and checked for available budget. 
  • Equipment expected delivery to departments is May/June 2024. Due to manufacturing shipping restrictions, equipment delivery may be delayed until FY25.
  • No model substitutions available.
  • Depending on age of computer and/or monitor, additional video cables may be required.
  • Business Class computers that are built with higher quality components, expected to last five years or more.
  • Five-year labor and parts warranty included on Dell computers and monitors.
  • NTS’s Certified Technicians provide on-site service for computer support needs.
  • As an Authorized Tier 2 Dell Repair Facility, customers will not be charged for any warranty parts and labor, while most repair parts are received within 24-hours, minimizing downtime.
