Coming Soon: Upgrades to UAOnline Login and Student Experience

We previously shared that changes are coming to UAOnline on April 14th and promised more detail as we inch closer to that date. We’re excited to announce new updates to the login process and navigation within UAOnline.

New Login Options: Beginning April 14, the login page for UAOnline will be changing. 

  • Students will login through their university-specific sign-in button, which will take them to a new student dashboard. 
  • Employees will have a separate sign in option which will take them to their employee dashboard. 
  • Employees who are or have been a University of Alaska student can login to UAOnline using either option.

Regardless of how you choose to login, you can navigate to other sections of UAOnline using the 4-square menu button in the upper left.

New student dashboard: Once logged in, students will be directed to a new consolidated student dashboard. This dashboard will feature a variety of information from their student record in one place, including a set of links to quickly access class search and registration, DegreeWorks, financial aid, bill pay, transcripts and much more.

What is not changing?

  • The web address for UAOnline
  • Your UA username and password
  • Timesheets, Student Accounts and Financial Aid are not changing. When you click on those links, you will see the current version.
