Online labor redistributions coming soon

We are happy to announce that online Labor Redistributions through UAOnline will be coming soon. Here is a sneak peek.
What is changing?
- Departments can initiate labor redistributions through UAOnline.
- Approvals will be routed automatically through UAOnline.
- Approvers can review and approve labor redistributions through mobile phones.
- Backup documentation requirements will be streamlined.
What remains the same?
- University grants and contracts offices and budget offices will still review labor redistributions to ensure the changes are allowable and within the fiscal year.
- All labor redistributions still need a department approver, who is different from the person who initiates the labor redistribution online.
What do I need to do?
- No action is needed now. Keep an eye out for more information and upcoming training sessions.
