Mission

University of Alaska, Office of Information Technology - Identity and Access Managment (noted further as IAM) strives to ahdere to the following responsibilities.

• IAM assumes responsibility for developing and integrating Secure Access Technologies with a wide range of information service providers.
• IAM assumes responsibility for deploying and promoting processes that protect individual privacy and data security and that meet emerging best practices and standards
• IAM will collaborate with other departments to enhance and simplify users' secure access to information resources to which their roles authorize them.
• IAM strives to provide other services as needed within the unversity as requested.
