The OIT Support Center Help Desks are actively staffed in two locations:

West Ridge:

The West Ridge Support Center Help Desk is located in suite 102 the Butrovitch building on upper campus. Our hours of operation for this location are as follow:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

The Rasmuson Library:

Our Main UAF Campus Help Desk is conveniently located in room 401 of the Rasmuson Library, right next to the 23-hour study. The hours of operation for the Main Campus Help Desk are:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 7:30 pm (Summer Hours)

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 9:30 pm (Academic Year Hours)

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
