The Statewide Office of Labor and Employee Relations represents the University of Alaska's Board of Regents and administration in its relations with unionized faculty and staff groups. This includes contract negotiation and administration; resolution of disputes and grievances; unit clarification; responses to union campaigns; responses to unfair labor practice claims; and administrative training and development.
