FY17 Wellness Program Info Session

Want to learn more about the wellness program? UAs wellness program manager, Sara Rodewald will be holding an information session tomorrow. Anyone who is not able to attend in-person will simply utilize the link to join the meeting from wherever they are! You will just need to have computer and phone access to fully participate.

When: Thursday, October 27 from 12-1 p.m.
Where: UAF, Brooks 103

Wellness Incentive Point Options

  • The race to 1 million steps with the ‘Walk Denali’ Challenge will be starting on Oct. 30. Registration is open through the end of the year, but don’t delay so that you can hit the goal by April 8, 2017 (and earn 1 incentive point!). Want to learn more? Log-in to your Healthyroads account and go to the ‘Challenges’ tab to read the details and enroll!
  • Flu shot clinics are now being held around campus. Did you know that you can earn 1 incentive point towards the FY17 wellness program? You simply need to add it to your Healthyroads account yourself by following these steps:
    • 1. Log-in to your Healthyroads account using the links provided on the UA benefits/wellness page!
      2. Navigate to the ‘Incentives’ tab, and then select ‘Plan Summary’
      3. Scroll down to the bottom of the list until you locate ‘Adult Immunization Attestation’ and click right on it.
      4. Answer the attestation questions provided, click ‘submit’ and your point should populate right away!

Didn’t have a flu shot, but did receive another type of immunization? That counts as well! Any immunization received between the dates of 5/1/16—4/30/17 will be accepted.
